Message Centre allows you to send push notifications or SMS messages to your customers so that you can tell them things they might be interested in - a discount, a special offer or just a friendly note.
- Go to SnappStation > Admin > Message Center
- Choose the type of meesage
- SMS - customer will receive a text message on their phone number
- Push - customers that have your app will get a push notification on their screen
3. Choose sender as yourself
4. Add the Content - shortly tell them e.g. about your new discount
5. Choose Send Time or leave it blank to send now
6. Customer Group - select which users to send the message to
If you send out push messages, always make
sure you have set-up a popup! This dramatically
improves customer experience.
